Simply use your Octopus card to pay the HK$10 admission fee at the racecourse entrance. The public area includes the Grandstand, betting hall and numerous restaurants. To enter the special betting zone within the Public Enclosure, an additional admission fee applies.
General opening time is from two hours prior to the first race until the end of the last race. If there are more than ten races scheduled for a daytime meeting, more than eight for a night event, or if special events are held on-site, the opening time will be brought forward accordingly.
To ensure smooth entry to the racecourse and enhance the overall experience,
all attendees must observe the following conditions of entry:
- No person under 18 is allowed to bet or enter premises where bets are accepted (Including but not limited to the racecourses).
- Slippers, flip-flops or plastic footwear are not permitted.
- Clothing with offensive words, images or graphics that promote discrimination, violence, or any form of harassment is not permitted.
- Designated dress code requirements may apply to certain restaurants and paid-admission venues. Please refer to the relevant booking pages for details.
