Chef de Cuisine Patrick Lam has crafted an assortment of exquisite Cantonese cuisine, his signature dish, “Duo of Fried Rice, seafood, chef Patrick Lam’s Savoury Sauce, dried tiger prawns, olive pickles” being well-known and evocative. The set menu is updating regularly by demonstrates the chef’s culinary prowess.
